ACBA LEASING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ARMENIA PROVIDES COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE UNDER LEASE
ACBA Leasing for the first time in Armenia provides commercial real estate under lease
What is this?
Absolutely new product, which will replace long-term leasing and is envisaged for the corporative clients. This kind of leasing might be of interest for those clients, who have gotten bored with rental payments rising in the market. Through using this lease they will acquire the property right at the end of the term. Commercial real estate lease first of all affords the lessee the opportunity to pay lease payment instead of rent being paid for the rented space (which actually makes up nearly the same amount as in case of space renting payment) and become the proprietor of the given space. Despite the fact that the proprietor of the space is considered to be “ACBA Leasing”, the Lessee will be empowered to deduct all kinds of expenditures in its accountancy and VAT included in the cost offset in parallel with the extinctions.
Priority will be given to the companies, which:
- Will have good credit history in “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC and in other banks,
- Will have selected territories just envisaged for cash sale and common use (shops, stalls, commercial districts, clinics, dental clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, markets, buffets, cafes, petrol stations, gas stations, parking aprons, photography houses, dry-cleaning stations, wedding houses, hair-dressing saloons, wholesale stores etc.).
In case of discrepancies between the published Armenian and English versions priority shall be given to the Armenian version.
