| On June 05, 2009 in Central Bank of RA were summerized the results of the competition of "the best information brochure 2009".

December, 2008 LOAN AGREEMENT WITH EBRD

| On the 2nd of December 2008 was signed loan agreement of amount of 8 mln US dollars between European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter “EBRD”) and “ACBA Leasing” Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter “ACBA Leasing”).

This site was elaborated and implemented as a source of information which will provide the customers, suppliers and partners of “ACBA Leasing” with the necessary and total information about the products and activities of our company.
Cooperating with many international companies and having been registered as a professional leasing company, ACBA Leasing started its activity in Yerevan and broadened as from the viewpoint of territory as from the viewpoint of customers. Now CJSC “ACBA Leasing” has a wide group of local and international suppliers. We have had many new clients through the cooperation cotracts with them and we have grown healthy leasing portfolio.
Based on the gained experience, knowledge and on the professional quality of the stuff our company successively applies the growth strategy elaborating and implementing new leasing products according to the demands of market. This is indicated by the doubling of the company’s portfolio as of 2006 and approximately 300 leasing contracts signed from the time of the establishment of the company.
The stuff of “ACBA Leasing” is a professional and joint team. We are rich with our customers and partners. The cooperation and work with them is based on the personal approach.
